Details are still be worked out. Looking at a potential Picnic style “bring your own lunch” OR options to run a BBG (Hot dogs and burgers) at an added cost.
Planning on a few Ball field activities such as a for fun game, a skills competition, kids activities, entertainment and more.

If we are looking at 250 people or under this will be held at the Community hall. If we are looking at an attendance over 250 it will be held at the arena
